The Experial Properties SMS program provides conversational and transactional messages about rental inquiries, listings, showings, applications, leases, access, maintenance, repairs, payments, resident notices, property operations, and customer service.
You may initiate a conversation by texting RENT, RESIDENT, or another property-related message to (781) 886-7368 (781-886-RENT). Our first automated reply identifies Experial Properties, provides required disclosures, and asks you to confirm. Replying YES, RENT, or RESIDENT confirms your consent to continue the SMS conversation. We do not use purchased lists, and consent is not a condition of purchasing or renting property or services.
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry, tenancy, or requested support. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After an opt-out request, you may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email info@experialproperties.com, or call/text (781) 886-7368.
You must be authorized to use the mobile number you provide. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on every carrier or device.
Our handling of mobile information is described in the Experial Properties SMS Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information is not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
